At CROSS Recruit, we utilise a cloud-based applicant tracking system, with GDPR compliance.

It is specifically designed to provide diverse, end-to-end hiring solutions for staffing recruitment and temporary workforce requirements. Our intuitive remote hiring software makes hiring effortless and transparent, providing an automated recruitment process, which can be tailored to a specific client’s recruitment needs.

Planning

Comprehending the position requirements and position description.
Understanding your business, culture and time frames.
Brief is uploaded again to the client portal and an ad produced.

Sourcing

Draft and post ads on multiple job boards.
Review CROSS Recruit database and LinkedIn connections.
Social Sourcing - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook.
Contact network for word-of-mouth referrals.
Research and headhunting (executive search only).

Screening

Qualify and assess applications for suitability.
Interview appropriate candidates face-to-face or via video link.
Review background material eg. academic qualifications, tickets.

Shortlisting

Analyse applications to determine 'best fit'.
Draft candidate summaries and curriculum vitae.
Present candidate shortlist to the client via the CROSS Recruit online portal.

Interviewing

Co-ordinate interviews face-to-face or online.
Coach interviewers and prep candidates on interview technique and structure.
See if the candidate can answer behavioural and technical questions.
Arrange psychometric testing and assessment (if requested).
Post-interview feedback.

Selection

Liaise with client and preferred candidate.
Complete reference checks, police checks (if required).
Assist in negotiation of Offer & Acceptance.
Counsel candidate upon resignation and potential counter-offers.
Update unsuccessful candidates.

Onboarding

Keep in contact with candidate in lead up to start date.
Stay in touch with client and candidate on starting and at seven (7) and thirty (30) days to ensure smooth transitioning.
Assist with the onboarding process requirements and contracts (if requested).
